There are many many posts within the archives of which water is best, so I suggest you look those up.
Personally I subscribe to the use of distilled water while fasting as at any other time.
Rainwater becomes distilled within the rain-cycle of evaporation/condensation as is the water contained within fruits and vegetables.
So the choice is yours.

Water is pure H2o pure and simple.
