Dear Curezoners,

I have had this problem since i was young but i was always talking to myself in my head and now since 6 years I talk out load anything I am saying and its embrassing and annoying to others, especially when Im in class or taking an exam.

I do eat a clean indian diet rice lentil and whole wheat tortilla all made at home from scratch take niacin 2000mg perday, colon cleansing with p/b, vitamin D and oil of oregano to kill candida

what else can i do? someone please help
