I respectfully suggest you post in the Water Fasting for weigh loss forum. There you will find the applause of "rational thinking" people that think the way you do.

I suggest this with sincerity. Those people in that forum want all to lose weight and can give you tips that will please you. Their advises will be "rational" enough for you, and with that agreeable, harmonious and mutual acceptance, you will be able to conduct a nice fast to help you lose weight effectively.

It is my opinion that your effort to encourage people who can come here to show us how much "rational thinking" we lack, is an exercise in futility, a waste of all your energy and time.
