Will eating frozen banana "ice cream" cause mucus, and should I keep eating it? I've eaten frozen fruit off and on for years. Tonight I ate 4 frozen bananas with frozen blueberries and cinnamon. I run it through my Omega 8004 with the blank to "homogenize" it. It comes out just like ice cream.

Any need to limit carbs or fruit at any time?

I hope I don't ask too many questions.
