Love your post ALB, ITA with the last part too.
And I am so excited that this is now day two of my Water Fast and not hungry at all. I think I will make it -keeping fingers crossed. Already having some trouble sleeping though -well I guess four hours and then with three hours between another nap of two hours is better than no sleep. Just that I like getting the whole eight hours beauty rest all at once.
