Thanks, Ive decided to try once again to do a 7 day fast. There really is no reason that I should quit. I definately have some weight to lose, and I am tired of the way I fit in clothes now. I do have distilled water, and i read on a website that I should drink my weight cut in half....that is how many ounces i should drink....so around 91 ounces of water a day....Does that sound right?
