Fermentations?...do tell
and pollen. Do you buy it,or collect it? I can't wait to collect some cones and young candles, for a vinegar.

This is all new to me, today T2,
but I love the taste of the needles, just to chew on. mmm. I've only tried the white pine as yet. And I think cutting off the brown papery ends might make the flavour of the tea more delicate. What does it do to the nutritional properties?
might it lessen them? I don't know...
