Laymen's terms: you need ioDINE(aka I2) for cysts, nodules, etc. Lugol's/iodoral contains the most Iodine per dose.

WOMEN need I2.

Lugol's is not always harsh on the stomach, in fact, the percentage of people reporting stomach issues with Lugol's here is very small.

As for your other Qs, perhaps a nascent user will pipe in.

I have seen more evidence of efficacy of lugol's/iodoral than any other form of iodine...
