(sorry for the double-post)

I look substantially different on day 7 than I did on day 1. My cheeks and chin have sunken, my gut isn't overhanging nearly as much, and I'm down to 164 from 181 pounds.

However long you choose to go, start tomorrow and LET US KNOW how things go! Oh, and if you do need to quit, don't you dare quit on anything but fruits or vegetables. :p
