misscallie is right!  Thyroid tests!  TSH, Free T4, Free T3, Thyroid Antibodies (antiTPO AND TgAb). FERRITIN! and iron.  Vitamin B12 and Folate for sure.  Please. 

I know for my daughter has/had those same symptoms. Found out she has Hashimotos. Hypothyroid. (Had surgery to remove nodule in 2005). Then more tests revealed Celiac Intolerance. More recently PCOS.

I ordered psyllium husk powder to add to cereals for her. The constipation worries me. What is spilling into her system? She does take 1/4 tab of Iodoral. The hair has stopped falling out. She is mending.
