Good for you! You sound like you are really on the right track! Your take on cleansing affecting the condition of your skin sounds spot on to me. I know that from experience. I can judge the state of my inner health ( and sometimes that of other people's!) just by looking at my skin. The juices are 'da bomb- especially green ones for skin. Healthy color (inner glow) with less blotches and smoothing out the wrinkles and less dry are the things I notice first- and it sometimes doesn't take very long at all. Carrot juice too- my skin loves it.
The colon cleansing with IF#1 and 2 and liver!!!, kidneys has an amazing affect on your skin. Cleanse on and keep us posted.
