Mighty said "....the masters had it right."

I would say that whatever works for us is right, whether it came from a Master, or is our own program. For example...Colon Cleansing. Is it to be done before, during, or after the Water Fast? And also...Refeeding. What is the Diet after the Fast that won't compromise the gains that were made?
What do the Masters say? I'm going to guess that there are as many answers as there are Masters.....WY
