Pick a metal or element, be it mercury, iodine, or whatever. Analyze the saliva for each and you get a number. analyze the feces for each and you get different numbers. analyze the blood and you get different numbers still. Analyze the urine and you get different numbers still.

analyze the hair, and you get different numbers still.

Some folks makin money on health say that this or that method is "the way". Forget it. It will only lead to arguments and confusion.

The answer is to......
