When cream of tartar is heated in water does it still maintain its chemical make-up--potassium bitartrate and will it work just as well as an anti-fungal if diluted in warm water?
What if added to a warm water mixture of magnesium citrate or magnesium carbonate? Will it dissociate into another chemical compound?
