Hi,

I have previously done a 3 day Water Fast and broke it on the 4th day, unfortunately. I am starting day one today again and I am determined to stiick to it!

My question is water amounts. Should I be drinking only when I am thirsty or hungry or should I drink a certain amount? I just want to make sure I do this right:)
