The dehydration issue is kinda common as the instruction stated nothing after 2 PM and folks myself included thought that that included water. Maybe it did, but that has been changed from all the sharing of experiences on sites/forums like CZ. Same for the MC. In the book it states about the lax tea and SWF as "optional" and to drink water "if needed" . Again from the shared experiences and because lack of eliminations it's so common the lax and SWF daily have become the standard,
