I found something that works really good for IC and candida. Three times a day I take two apple cider vinegar tablets and I fill an empty gel cap with baking soda and take with a full glass of water. I do this, because it was reccomended that it would create an ideal PH of 7 to 7.5. This will kill the candida and bacteria that an IC bladder may have. I have had temporary flare ups, yeast infection flares, but that was due to die off. So, avoid gluten, sugar, and try this treatment and hopefully you will feel better!
