 I've noticed that at night for the past month or so, when my bladder gets full I have a burning sensation in my bladder that wakes me up and tells ne that I need to empty it. This only happens at night and I'm sure has to do with my body detoxing.

My mother has interstitial cystitis so I'm a little scared of damage that might happen to the lining of my bladder. Do any of you have this? Do you contribute it to die off? Are certain foods more likely to contribute? Any ideas?

Could be IC or even large amounts of ascorbic acid can do this to some people.  Here is more on UTIs and IC:
