Hey Klauss,

Lexapro at 2.5mg (normal dosage is 10mg, waaay too high). If after ~8 weeks 2.5mg isn't enough, go up to 5mg. But yeah, Dr Lam's program would probably work sooooo much better if they involved antidepressants or st john's wort at a low dosage.

I also suggest taking 2mg copper every morning if you continue with your zma at night. I took zma for 6 months and tested as having a zinc excess, so my dr started me on 2 mg copper to balance out copper/zinc.

Anyways man, I believe if you add a low dose antidepressant to your treatment, you will probably never crash again :)
