You need to find out exactly whats wrong. Shooting in the dark can make things worse. Get these children TESTED for candida, parasites, leaky gut, heavy metals. Does their tongue have a white coating? Personally, after getting tested, the first thing I would try is a childrens round of humaworm. This sounds parasite/dysbiosis related.
