yes I have taken it internally for 3 years. Only maintenance now, approx once a week. It seems to calm me down together with magnesium + balancing the hormones +++.

For your discs; have you tried silica for this?

Yes borax is painkilling but it may take a while,and you may up your dose to 1/4 for a while to have this effect.
