OMG, I found a video very similar to this one (though a little skeptical because it's endorsing a product) but there must be something we can do to help the bombardment of EMFs! It supposedly alleviates this 'static' blood formation. I'm about ready to get my own microscope and check my blood formation after being on the computer and then taking some juice, cayenne, etc.

Since reading a post on this forum a while back about EMFs, I went crazy all over the internet. It's something EVERYONE should definitely be aware of and I've been spreading the news to my fam. I even bought my newborn niece an EMF teddy for christmas, and the first night mommy used it, she slept through a full 8 hr night <3.

Interestingly enough, I read that showering is also grounding, and it made me realize why some days when I'm overstressed, I sit in the shower for about an hour.

Then I discovered a grounding bed sheet, and I thought my worries were resolved until I saw the price tag (starts at $149!).

And here's when I thought I really lost it, but in our rapidly changing world, you just never know (definitely worth a gander).

Then there are the those who carry around quartz crystal, whom I've never understood until now. I mean who knows, maybe a bottle of holy water can do the same. I'm surprised I haven't seen any research on this yet. Seems like nothing is truly valid until it is proven so by science, and everyone who has been doing this stuff all along by following their 'gut' are considered loonies.

Well, just thought I could chime in. The effects of EMFs are pretty alarming, and we should at least find one way daily to deflect its effects. Natural healing is definitely a good place to start ;).
