Well the dose of ES did help last night-and finally went to bed at 3am-from disc oft staring at 8:30-could stand it anymore at 12 midnight.

The single day that I had no pain-I was diligent about eating virtually fat free and only cooked veggies for carbs. Not at all what I want to be eating after another 3weeks of master cleansing and LF!

It seems any indulgence of fat or carbs and the pain comes reeling back,
