Yes. Of course I was kidding. Sorry for any confusion otherwise. Sometimes my sense of humor is less than crystal clear.

Let's see now, if you are eating well the next thing to consider is hydration. How much water do you drink a day? How much other fluids do you drink a day? What type of water do you drink?

The body needs to have a balance of electrolytes and minerals. How are yours?

A drop or two of bitters on the tongue a few minutes before eating will often stimulate your stomach to produce stomach acid. This can also stimulate your liver and gallbladder to get your digestive juices flowing.

I think it is always worthwhile reviewing all the basics before jumping to something else.
