The reason why they don't get cancer (I actually doubt even this claim but even if you accept it) is because THEY DON'T LIVE LONG ENOUGH!

And most of them are probably malnourished, they'd certainly not eat junk food or drink soft drink, so there's your explanation for good teeth.

I'd rather have cancer and die at 75 then no cancer and die at 38, and I'd rather have cavities then be malnourished, thank you very much.
