If you have the funds, I would recommended waiting until you stop seeing them come out and get a colonic two days in a row. The ones that are stuck will come out during the colonic. I would also HIGHLY recommend taking about a half a pill of kelp every 2-4 hours. Kelp will help chelate the mercury which will be released if it hasn't already. Mercury binds to zinc in the kelp and gets urinated out. The less mercury in your system, the less candida will grow back. During herbs is a high time to get heavy metals out so if you can afford it to I would get a chelation as well.
