I am finding alot of info online about sick building illness etc but i cant find alot of info on eating mold and getting sick and I need HELP!!!

About 11 months ago i got food poisoning from eating mold it was a white milky slimey mold on sargento cheese i ate quit a bit of it. Got very sick with in 10 mins, with nausea, shaking, diarrhea etc. I took two activated charcoal and it calmed down. two weeks to the day i woke up with severe upper GI pain to the point i couldnt move, diarrhea and pain into my right shoulder. I figured some kind of gastritis, i was out of town so i went to the er got a gi cocktail to numb it out. The diarrhea continued even after pain subsided although it came on and off for a few days. the nausea was constant and i could barley eat and when i did it went right through me. I started getting horrible bloating, tons of blood and mucus in my stools etc. This went on for 3 months....I didnt have medical insurance nor the money to see a dr at the time, my husband had just lost his job. I went to the ER but they wouldnt help me. I started getting glosstitis in my tounge where it would hurt all the time im sure im spelling it wrong. 3 months into all this, I woke up one morning with anxiety so bad I couldnt function or drive a car etc, this was in Aug of 2010 I have not driven a car since. the anxiety has been there ever since Aug every single day most of the day, nothing helps it. Also 3 months in I started getting food allergies to dairy and basically anything that was processed at all. I would break out in hives but it started with eating organic yougart. then I started having constant 24hr a day stomach pain, low blood pressure dropping weight very fast, at this point ive lost 85 pounds. ringing in my ears, my hair is falling out by the handful, burning in my eyes, vison has gotten really bad, my brain just doesnt work anymore and hasnt for months, I honestly feel like im dying most of the time. Starting in Sep along with all the other symp there I started getting shortness of breath, fatigue and chronic sore throat and a feeling that i was being choked when up walking to the point its hard for me to get up and do anything anymore. I spend most of my days in bed all day scared and alone. I am 29, Ihave two kids my mom is here taking care of them because i can not. My husband and mother treat me like garbage! I beg for help but they dont seem the importance is getting me to a dr that will help. I have had tons of blood work, and endoscope, and colonoscopy all that were find no UC or chrons etc, they did remove one very very large polyp that was benign. I also get rashes every day mostly on my shoulders and stomach and back. Please can someone tell me if this could all be from eating mold that day? if so what do I do? where do I go? Am I savable? Please Help Me!
