I had that same outlook at one time....being a non-secretor. We start thinking if something is or may be genetic that there is no hope for our health.

It promotes a healthy Diet using high quality fruits and veggies...just what A blood types need. Plus healthy smaller amounts of meats and fats.

I'm A- non-secretor which may be considered the weakest but I healed all symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis using the protocol.

I still eat according to my blood type. :)
