I had to back off cayenne. If I take too much, which is a level 1/4 tsp of 90k 3x a day, I get constant very smelly gas that smells like garlic (now that I'm eating more garlic). If I could sell this to the gas company I'd be all set.

I'm hoping to be able to take more cayenne when I begin the IF1, etc., program. Would 2x a day be a better idea for me than 3x a day? I was at times also putting 1/8 tsp or so in some of my meals, and veg juice.
