Thanks for all the info and help everyone.I'm reading about the use of pectin for lowering cholesterol for the first time and I do plan to give it serious consideration.Also,Dr Mercola's suggestion for supplementing with fish/cod oil makes a lot of sense,thanks Newbe and Savagegrace.I'm learning something new everyday.You guys are indeed a fantastic group of caring people who so willingly give of your time and knowledge in our quest for better health.
