people tend to underestimate just how powerful this stuff is

The way to do it is to start with SMALL amounts and work your way up

The other thing to do is to add a small amount of wheat grass to a large amount of water and then sip on that r throughout the day

For whatever reason your body tolerates it MUCH much better when it is diluted in water. And of course you should use good high-quality spring water. Add some lemon juice to really give a zing to it
