Hey all,

I've been experiencing rapid aging of skin etc. every day, as well as gum recession and other markers of dehydration or catabolism, which is gradually leading me to my grave.

I was wondering if anyone else experienced this, particularly when not sticking to keeping blood Sugar balanced and salt water drinking.

I will see a new consultant soon to rule out other conditions, but I put it down to the dehydration/catabolism.

I seem to notice that I get very nervous with heart beating and then I feel tingling in an area and suddenly, it's a little more wrinkled.

I'm starting to age rapidly and I have a feeling that I'm slipping away from reality and myself as I know me, which is fuelling suicidal ideations/thoughts.

Does anyone else have this experience? I'm wondering if my body is somehow starving (very poor digestion) and not getting sufficient energy for my daily requirements.

Help me, please.
