you need to eat healthy fats in order to rebuild your CNS, brain and even out your brain chemicals and hormones.

Are you vegetarian?

The reason I ask is that grass fed, free range, organic butter, and milk fats, along with various other types of animal fats will work best, and quickest, to heal the damage done by the SSRIs... and any other pharmaceuticals.

A good, real cod liver oil will help to... you need DHA.
