Hv, I make my own insect repellent spray, from citronella plants, that we have planted all around the garden and hostel.

I boil the leaves, put the resulting solution in a spray bottle, couldn't be easier.

It also makes a great rinse for the dogs, keeps fleas away for ages. Horses appreciate it too, if you soak their summer rugs in the solution, it also keeps the flies and mossies from attacking them.
