I too am seeing a homeopathic practioner. Incrediable!

I did my first flush and second flush with very little bowel cleansing. And was very successful, I think that the homeopathic made it more successful. IMHO. I am bowel cleansing now, because I "feel" like it.

I haven't heard of anything really bad happening.

I would suggest just really thinking about it. Praying, if you do. And then doing what you think your body needs.
Again, my humble opinion.
