Yes I also skipped the sodium ascorbate on behalf of the acid. Before that i took magnesium ascorbate, which I loved but couldnt obtain in my country.

I dont have much Science behind me, but IMO the ascorbic acid works best.

I also take the Brazilian nuts + the Se methionine.

When it comes to salt I switch between a good Sea Salt and the himalayan.
