Your companions looks fine; but could you try to up your selenium for a few weeks with a supplement (methionine)
400 mcg a day or even up to 800 if you take much Iodine (over 100mg daily)
and some zinc (50 mg daily, NOT taken together with the magnesium)
and some boron 6-18 mg daily.

- and report back in 6-8 weeks?
