For companions, I take daily:

650mg Magnesium Malate in the daytime
Several sprays of transdermal Magnesium Oil at night
2-3 grams of Sodium Ascorbate C
500-1000 mg Niacinamide (can not tolerate regular Niacin)
100 mg B2
1 Coenzymate B Complex
2-3 Brazil nuts for Selenium

Daily salt loads with Realsalt when needed

I am experiencing many more headaches with the Lugols so it must be doing a good job, yes?

Strangely enough, I just took my temp and it was 98.4!
