I have been on Lugols for almost 3 years now; my temp is nice and steady at 98.60.
It used to be 96 /97-ish;

Maybe you could try a rough period on Lugols and see what is at the other end. When the temp goes up everything works better IMO.
ps; what companions do you take, how much, etc.
