My understanding is that a Bowel Cleanse before and after a Liver Flush increases the efficiency of elimination from your colon and greatly reduces the risk that discharged stones will end up lodged in your small intestines/colon where the toxins from them could be reabsorbed and end up in your blood making you quite ill and worse for ware. Oxypowder is supposed to dissolve(you likely won't see mucloid plaque in your stool as it allegedly would liquify the plaque) any compacted fecal matter in your colon and intestines, so it is excellent for ensuring clean bowels and intestines before you flush and cleaning out toxic material that may be left in your colon/intestines after the flush. Some people prefer colonics to do the same thing while others prefer coffee enemas. Yet others prefer pysillium and Bentonite shakes. You may have to test different methods to see what works best for you.
Best wishes.
