If you are constipated, I would recommend an oxygen based cleanser ( Oxypowder is my favorite) until you are regular. P & B shakes are good, but can be constipating (NOT good if you have that tendency).

I would only take it for a week and skip the mainanence does they recommend. The maintaince dosage they recommend is waste of money imho.
