what about the ear insufflation? did you try it? and what does it feel like? i havent had the guts to do it yet because
i recently tried to breathe ozone through olive oil. others do it for several minutes, i could not even take a few whiffs. that shows how sick my body seems to be. i instantly got chest pain, that was strange. but my brainfog cleared up a bit, so it works if you can take it. i will try it again and start even slower.
