If Buddhists are supposed to ceace doing evil, be good and DO good, what if something seems bad to one person but helps many in the long run?

For example, I did not write a bad review for a destructive dentist I went to online when I saw 5 good ratings. So, I did not write the truth as I have seen it. (long story but even another dentist suggested I ask this dentist for a refund, he rips of people under the guise of being "holistic")

BUT if I DID proceed to write this review, this may help others if they take heed and go to a different dentist!

I was wondering what a buddhist would think about this as the writings teach. I love the Buddhist ways and I am curious about this.
