OK, is there anybody taking Luo Han Guo here?

Thanks to my cough, I was taking Luo Han Guo drink (I boiled the dried fruit in water) as a remedy. Besides helping with my cough recovery, I found out that the drink has a good effect to my body as well.

So I try to look up in the internet and found that Luo Han Guo actually helps those who are hypoglycemic,diabetic, Epstein Barr virus and contain lots of Vit C. Its taste sweet though, but it doesn't raise the insulin (therefore good for hypoglycemic and diabetic people).

Anybody here ever tried it? Any body knows anything about it?

I guess if this is good, I probably will continue taking it even after my cough gone :)

Any input is welcome:)
