Mini-flushes every day ! And regular flushes every two weeks! Far too much. No wonder you feel ill. Poor liver! Do not flush for 2 months then do a flush ONLY monthly for the next 4 months,and reasses your health. I am not a physical therapist, but that is what I would do in your situation. Liver Flushes have helped me immensely, I have done 18 now. Love and Light ,Deotima.
