Keep feeling all your feelings, that is totally normal,
I was really scared taking that first dose of Iodine.....all those skull and cross-bones images in my head....Poison, Poison, Poison!

1. You are classic symptomatically

2. read brownstein on treating Hashi's .....Iodine is part of the Tx

3. I can't guarentee how your detox will go, you may feel like crap at times or you may not
but
in the long run your adrenals will be happy you are taking iodine

bee pollen is nice but give yourself some serious levels of b vitamins, really consider this
a b-complex and extra b2 and b3 to in case you have a symporter defect, b2/3 will help heal this at the amounts suggested
