Thanks for your comments, Ino - nicely summed up. I DO notice that the home brew works but maybe not as strongly as the commercial stuff like Utopia. So being able to get the commercial Utopia at half price forever when you buy their generator is a VERY compelling advantage. I just wish they could include some kind of stirrer..
