I was told that since I started to bloat I should let my liver rest. I also felt that i did not have many stones in my 13th and 14th flush. This time I had a lot of stones. My system definitely needs to be cleaned because it is making a lot of stone. This time they were more on yellow side.

I have to first build my stomach acids and get rid of my hiatal hernia.

I am planning to do my 16th in three weeks.
