I agree with HealthyArtist, it's clear you have AF (blood Sugar issues). I went into my doctor's office a few years ago terrified that my heart was beating like mad and feeling weak even though I'd eaten - come to find out (just recently), I had major insulin resistance due to adrenal fatigue.

You WILL get back on track. Stay the hell away from any kind of sugary foods, as they'll only make you feel way worse. I remember drinking alcohol, going to bed, and then waking up thinking I was having a heart attack with cold sweats. Super blood Sugar issues.

At this point, I don't go anywhere without bringing food. I have it stashed in my purse, car, pocket, everywhere. I'd recommend the same for you - and please find a doctor who can treat you now. Self-diagnosing and medicating is only going to make you feel crazy.
