It makes sense if a person is allergic to a supplement and for that supplement to worsen candida. Anytime our bodies go into that immune response, it gives candida a chance to flourish. Foods and supplements that we're allergic to are huge to watch out for as we try to rid ourselves of this beast.

As a general rule, I've heard that if something generates mucus in us (whether by allergic response or otherwise), it's working against us.
